Time Regulation In Industrial Fabric Washing Machine

The customer is manufactuer of Industrial Dry Cleaning and Washing Machines. These washing machines are used for washing of fabrics / garments. Earlier analog timers were used in these machines to set the washing/drying / cleaning time. With Analog Timer, accurate time setting was sometimes challenge.

Earlier solution involved the use of Analog Timer where accuracy was concern to set time for washing/dry cleaning / drying the fabric and garments. With the use of Digital Timer, accuracy to regulate the cycle time is achieved precisely. To maintain the accuracy of operations Digital Timer is used for both starting & stopping of machines. Accurate time setting helps in saving energy & operational
cost.
