Maintaining the accurate temperature in Oil Press Machine
The Problem/ Task
An oil press machine or oil extraction machine is used to extract pure and fresh oil at home or commercial purposes. Two parameters play a very important role in oil extraction in case of Oil Press Machine: Pressure & Temperature. Temperature controller is required to achieve the correct temperature to get the purest form of oil from the oil extraction machine.
The Solution
A J type temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature (heat) inside the roasting chamber. This is connected to the temperature controller to effectively monitor the temperature inside the chamber and accordingly control the heater operation to maintain the temperature at the desired set point. This helps to maintain the temperature using optimum energy and desired heating output which helps in correct roasting of material like Peanuts, Sesame, Almond, Soybean etc. Correct amount of heat and pressure helps in extraction of purest form of oil. 10 Amps relay output helps to drive heaters lesser than 1000 kW without using contactors which provides additional cost saving. All the parameters of desired set point, effective set point, timer set value can be programmed from the home screen by using the shortcut keys which makes it highly user friendly for the end user.
