Job Description
A) General Information:
Job Title & ID: In process Quality Supervisor Location:- Pune
Required Qualification:
BE/B.Tech (Electronics/Instrumental/Telecommunication)
Required Experience: 5-7 Years
B) Key Accountabilities:

 

Key Accountabilities Major Activities Key Result Area
  • Receiving consolidated WI and understanding every point w.r.t. to quality
  • Collecting part list, BOM, Master samples, etc., and test group (Axapta) from engineering
  • Collecting jigs and fixtures and jig lists from PE
  • Collecting test coverage area, functional gap analysis
Ensure 100% documents receipt and maintenance.
  • Validate CAPA
  • Knowledge of SMT process & M/C, AOI & WSM with its
    programming.
  • Stop production in case of NC
  • Attending internal customer complaints and ensuring CAPA
  • Primary analysis of machine breakdown issue and
    forwarding the issue to maintenance if required
  • Preparing PPAP & PFMEA reports with CFT
    team(Engg/PPC/Purchase/Production)
  • Attending & preparing data for daily/weekly and monthly
    meetings with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Electronics components & PCBA
Timely implantation of CAPA

Accurate and timely preparation of PPAP and PFMEA documentation

  • Validate CAPA for in-process/FQC issues
  • Stop production in case of NC
  • Attending internal customer (FQC/Stores/Customer quality) complaints and ensuring CAPA
  • Primary analysis of Jig breakdown/process/product issue and forwarding the issue to Engineering/supplier/production team if required.
  • preparing PPAP & PFMEA reports with CFT team(Engg/PPC/Purchase/Production)
  • Attending & preparing data for daily/weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders.
  • Making the product available for reliability testing as per the PE test plan/process change requirements
Timely implantation of CAPA

Accurate and timely preparation PPAP and PFMEA documentation

  • Team management (Hiring, Training, Developing, motivating, Coaching, and managing team).
  • Setting KPIs and conducting reviews
Multi-skilling and succession plan for critical resource
  • Maintain 5 s score
  • Ensure 0 accident in his/her work area
Achieve 6s score target for respective sections

PCBA manufacturing experience min 2 years Drive for result
Lean & Six sigma green belt or above Learning & Innovation
Understanding of operational processes in the electro-Mech environment Accountability & Dependability

Worked on ERP
Hands – on experience on PPAP/PFMEA/Control charts/WI Product schematic & ckt. knowledge
product/component drawing understanding
Hands-on experience on 7 QC tool
Knowledge of IPC standards
Knowledge of ESD standards
Nice to have
Troubleshooting of machines/programming/PCBA
