Job Title: Import Executive

Required Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Pune

Experience: 4+ Years

1. He should know the complete customs clearance process and must have knowledge of –

• Custom Tariff Heads of different commodities.
• Custom duty structure and its calculations
• Exemption Notifications
• Reply to customs query.
• Import Schemes
• E-Way Bill
• Capital Goods clearing procedure

2. He should be able to arrange the forwarding of the shipments from all over the world.

• Should know the restrictions on forwarding
• Selection of forwarder depending upon weight, commodity, distance, urgency etc.
• Experience in handling Sea, Air Cargo and Courier shipments.

3. Good written & spoken communication skill with CHA and Forwarders

4. Entries in ERP related to import such as matching of Custom Duty as per Bill of Entry.

5. Follow up for Freight & CHA bill and load on inventory value in ERP.

6. Submit all import related documents to Accounts Dept
