Sanitary Pad Incinerator
The Problem / Task
A sanitary napkin incinerator machine is used to dispose used sanitary napkins safely. The machine burns the used napkins and reduces it to ash. For efficient burning, a temperature controller is required to monitor & control the temperature based on the loading of machine.
The Solution
A J type temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature (heat) inside the incinerator chamber. This is connected to the temperature controller to effectively monitor the temperature inside the incinerator and accordingly control the heater operation to maintain the temperature at the desired set point. This helps to maintain the temperature using optimum energy and desired burning output. 10 Amps relay output helps to drive heaters lesser than 1000 kW without using contactors which provides additional cost saving.
Programmable Timer functionality to control the burning time according to the usage volume is another USP, which helps the machine to cut off after a particular time of the burning process. This reduces power consumption and provides a longer life. This also reduces the probability of complaints due to over heating or over loading of machine.
All the parameters of desired set point, effective set point, timer set value can be programmed from the home screen by using the shortcut keys which makes it highly user friendly for the end user.
