Automation of complete MCC with respect to ultrasonic level transmitter output

Under smart city project (Contractor Simplex Infra) MCC panels are located at remote area with minimum supervision available. The sewage water needs to be drained out from underground tanks at certain level, for this multiple submersible pumps are connected with PLC logic. Depending on the level of transmitter output, pumps are sequentially kept ON/OFF.

Earlier MCC panels need manual supervision, with high possibility of human error. However, as the level is detected by ultrasonic transmitter and fed to PLC, the accuracy is very high and under certain logics, pumps are on/off to maintain their run time and delivering optimum performance.
