PID in Water Bath Heating and Ventilation

Controlling the temperature of hot water bath used in sterilization, testing

Hot water bath is a laboratory equipment, which is used in various testing, sterilization processes. To maintain the desired temp. in the equipment was a challenge, as the PID needs to be accurate and algorithm must be smooth. With GIC PR69 the accurate temp. is maintained for desired time, thus perfectly suitable for the application with very good accuracy and control.

Due to lack of accuracy in earlier analog Temp. Controller, water temp. suddenly becomes extremely high. However, with our PR69 Temp. Controller, customer is satisfied as the PID algorithm is quite smooth which helps to maintain the desired water temp. for required time period.
